NARRATIVE FIT

2 IDEAS FROM ME

  • Micro life narratives are the stories we tell ourselves to find meaning in everyday moments. Healthy micro life narratives include gratitude for daily experiences, reframing challenges as growth opportunities, and being present through mindfulness. Macro life narratives contain our overall journey worldviews, meaning, and purpose. Healthy macro life narratives help us define what really matters throughout our journey and connects us with contributions to others beyond ourselves.

  • Both narratives are essential for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Finding our unique fit and balance between both narratives is a transformative enabler to living our best life. Without fit we suffer and lack direction.

2 QUOTES FROM SAGES

  • “Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.” – Dalai Lama

The way we approach daily life creates our emotional and mental well-being.

  • “Your life is your story. Write well. Edit often.” – Susan Statham

We have the power to shape our life’s larger narrative through reflection and intentional choices.

1 QUESTION FOR YOU TO EXPLORE
