  • When facing the overwhelm of anxiety, investigation energizes the mind and transforms curiosity into clarity. Investigation is the bridge between awareness and insight that turns experience into wisdom, removes confusion, and reveals the true nature of reality. It’s ok to experience anxiety once you accept it as it is (impermanent) and remember that set backs have silver linings.
