INVESTIGATION
2 IDEAS FROM ME
Investigation transforms passive mindfulness into active wisdom. Mindfulness notices what is happening, but investigation dives deep into root causes of why it is happening. Investigating emotions reveals causes and conditions. Looking into thoughts uncovers their impermanence and lack of inherent self. Inquiry into habits discloses how clinging or aversion fuels it.
When facing the overwhelm of anxiety, investigation energizes the mind and transforms curiosity into clarity. Investigation is the bridge between awareness and insight that turns experience into wisdom, removes confusion, and reveals the true nature of reality. It’s ok to experience anxiety once you accept it as it is (impermanent) and remember that set backs have silver linings.
