A = Kindle a sense of wonder and awe for the miracle of life, nature, and consciousness. If our atoms could talk, they would tell an evoutionary hero’s tale of a journey from exploding stars, through billions of years into your DNA. Experience the awe and wonder of the billions of events that led to your current awareness.
V = Victories. Celebrate the daily victories and insights of each day.
O = One Time Meditation. This day is unique and will be the last time you will ever be this young to experience it. Celebrate the uniqueness and impermanence by living your highest values.
R = Retrospection. You’re living a dream life from the perspecstive of your future self in your last decade as well as 3 billion people on the planet now who live in poverty on the brink of survival and/or the terrors of oppresion and war.
